ADRAD is privilege to be winner of the “ABC Excellence Award 2016” that was announced in the London Book Fair on 12 April, 2016 in Olympia Exhibition Center, London. The award has indeed boost-up our enthusiasm for promoting accessible publishing, we will accelerate our campaign for “Enhancing learning capabilities of children with visual and print disabilities by accessible publishing”. This is also a wonderful opportunity and encouragement for us to benefit the children with print and visual disabilities in remote part and the earthquake affected districts in Nepal.
We really felt honoured when thousands of participants in the London Book Fair applause and granted us the award. I think, this is the first time a DPO is awarded in such an International platform of accessible publishing.
